About
Coline started from a simple problem: teams do their work across too many disconnected tools, and every new tool creates more fragmentation. We’re building one connected work platform that brings messaging, files, tasks, docs, calendar, email, and code together, with AI agents that can understand the context across all of it and actually take action. Our goal is to make work feel continuous instead of fragmented. Rather than forcing teams to constantly move context between apps and AI tools, Coline gives both people and agents a shared place to work.
The problem they solve
Teams lose time and context because work is fragmented across messaging, files, tasks, docs, calendars, email, and code. Existing AI tools are also limited because they don’t have enough context to understand the work or act across it.

Technology and software teams with 10–250 employees that use multiple disconnected tools and want to consolidate workflows while introducing AI agents safely into day-to-day work.
What they need from a pilot
A 4–8 week pilot with a small product or engineering team, access to real workflows and regular feedback from a designated team lead. We can start with a limited workspace and expand based on results.
