Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PilotBox (pilotbox.dev), creating a profile, posting content, submitting a startup listing, submitting an enterprise problem bounty, or accessing partner perks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access the platform.
2. Description of Service
PilotBox is a community platform where startup founders document their build journey, connect with accelerators and programs that support their portfolio, and get discovered by enterprises looking for solutions to real operational problems. Alongside this community, PilotBox provides an objective market taxonomy, intelligence reports, and a discovery layer connecting B2B software solutions with enterprise operational pain points. PilotBox is a community and discovery platform; it is not a party to commercial contracts, pilot agreements, or software licensing transactions entered into between founders and enterprise buyers. Pain-point content on the platform is identified by an automated pipeline that monitors public regulatory filings, industry forums, and public data, then reviewed by PilotBox staff before publication.
3. Founder & Startup Submissions
- You certify that all information submitted regarding your company, stage, and MVP capabilities is accurate and not misleading.
- PilotBox reserves the right to review, unverify, or remove any startup listing that violates terms or fails to meet technical standards.
- Listing a startup on PilotBox does not guarantee commercial introductions, pilot contracts, or venture funding.
- You certify that the security information ("security dossier") you submit is accurate as of the date certified. The security dossier is self-attested by the founder and is not independently verified or audited by PilotBox. Sharing a demo or evaluation page with an enterprise contact is an arrangement between you and that contact; PilotBox provides the access-gated page but does not verify the demo's contents or vouch for the accuracy of the dossier.
4. Community Content & Conduct
- You own the content you post. By posting, you grant PilotBox a license to display it to other members of the community as part of the service.
- You may sign in with email and password or with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You agree not to post content that harasses others, is spam, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property.
- PilotBox may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Following, follower counts, and notifications are provided as-is and may change or be removed at any time.
5. Enterprise Submissions & Bounties
Enterprises submitting operational bottlenecks, requesting a startup demo, or submitting any other inquiry through the platform certify that the submission does not disclose non-public trade secrets or violate contractual non-disclosure obligations with third-party vendors.
6. Accelerator & Program Submissions
Accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and entrepreneurship programs that apply to be listed on PilotBox certify that the organization details, contact information, and logo submitted are accurate and that the applicant is authorized to submit them on the organization's behalf. PilotBox reviews all applications and may approve, reject, or later unlist any program at its discretion. An approved program's name and logo may be displayed publicly on the platform. Each approved program receives a shareable signup link for its own portfolio companies' use; PilotBox is not responsible for how that link is further distributed.
7. Partner Perks & Credits
All partner discounts, cloud credits (AWS, Supabase, Stripe, Vanta), and third-party offers are subject to the independent approval, terms, and eligibility guidelines of the respective partner. PilotBox is not liable for changes in partner redemption rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PilotBox, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, pilot agreement outcomes, or interactions between users.
9. Governing Law
PilotBox is operated by 4Sure Technologies LLC. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
